A delegation of international observers headed by General Robert Maude, a visit to the province of Latakia on Thursday evening.
He met with the governor, Sheikh Abdul Qadir, who gave him a presentation about the reality of maintaining the geographical, economic and security.
The Sheikh said, "The armed groups continue to commit criminal acts, and the number of its violations of the Plan of joint Arab UN envoy Kofi Annan 38 violation."
