India: ready for dialogue to Pakistan about Kashmir

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh his country's intention to resolve all disputes with Pakistan, including the disputed Kashmir file.

The news channel "Russia Today" Singh as said to the General Assembly of the United Nations today, "faithful to India sought to resolve all the problems in relations with Pakistan, including Jammu and Kashmir, through bilateral dialogue with Pakistan on the basis of the Simla Agreement".

Singh stressed that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and "can not be any compromise touches and territorial integrity of India."

It is noteworthy that India considers Kashmir an integral part of the occupied part of Pakistan in 1947, the two sides signed in 1972 in Simla Convention stipulates the need to resolve the Kashmir problem on the basis of bilateral negotiations with respect for the interests of the people of Kashmir.
