The newspaper "Sankei" Japanese on Sunday, that Japan hopes to hold consultations with Russia on the disputed border between the two countries before the end of this year.
The Japan newspaper reported on its website that the Japanese Foreign Ministry is already working to reach those discussions at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
The newspaper pointed out that Japan's former ambassador to India Akyaka Saiki based on the organization of those consultations, where he will receive a senior position the Japanese Foreign Ministry in September.
