Decision to release the last Scholars program of weapons of mass destruction Iraq

According to the lawyer Badia Aref al-Samarrai, the client is another scientist working in a program of weapons of mass destruction, particularly chemical arms, being released from prison.


The Samarrai wrote in a letter of 2006 addressed to the CIA, "and I admit that I passed part of the chemical activity of the program, which includes about 1000 member are free and work outside the prison in the country or retired, or immigrants."


He said in the letter published by Arif "I was not his decision at that time I was Director of R & D center, and the managers of the year is Major winner Abdullah Shaheen and our top team in Hamoudi al-Saadi, who was released in early 2005, and the winner is free not imprisoned."


He continued, complaining "I have released all affiliated to the program parallel to the biological program of chemical on the grounds that they are not serious, I'm just who poses a threat."
