Announced that the General Authority for Palestinian Civil Affairs, the Israeli authorities opened this morning, Sunday, the northern entrance of Salfit governorate north of Ramallah, and close since 2000.
A statement by the civil affairs today, "The entrance was opened in the presence of civil association of the Palestinian and Israeli sides, and the commander of the Palestinian National Security, and the Israeli military commander."
The statement said it would allow for ambulances and vehicles of public transport pass through the entrance as a first stage, to be allowed for all private cars and commercial traffic at a later time.
