United Nations envoy arrived, and the Arab League, to Kofi Annan, Syria to the Iranian capital Tehran, Monday evening, Tuesday, for talks with Iranian officials on the situation in Syria.
According to news agency (IRNA) of Iran that Annan will exchange views with Iranian officials on Syria and Iran's position in the crisis plaguing the country.
It is noteworthy that Annan's visit to Tehran comes after his visit today to a refugee camp in the Syrian Turkish Hatay region adjacent to the Syrian border.
