Malian President Amadou resigned Toure officially on Sunday, under an agreement with the leaders of the coup to end the current crisis in the country.
The BBC reported that the mediator Djibril Bassole International, Foreign Minister of Burkina Faso, said the news of this letter of resignation.
Reports indicate that Bassole, who represents the Economic Community of West African States "ECOWAS" met with Toure in the capital Bamako.
It is noteworthy that the agreement reached stipulates that the President of parliament Malb Daewoo Nkaunda temporarily as president, and ruled in cooperation with the transitional government until elections are held.
The "ECOWAS" lifted the sanctions imposed after the coup in Mali, was agreed to amnesty for the coup leaders.
