The Organization of the Red Cross in Nigeria, said that 38 people were killed and others injured in two car bomb blasts in a crowded area in the city of Kaduna in northern Nigeria on Sunday.
Quoted by the BBC on Sunday for the Nigerian authorities as saying: "At least 18 people were killed in the blasts, as authorities stepped up their security measures in the city recently, following a warning from the University of Boko Haram Islamic militant group that it will attack the city.
Britain has condemned the blasts and who have signed in the Nigerian city of Kaduna earlier in the day, and was Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Africa Henry Bellingham sincere condolences to the victims who died as a result of two works of terrorists.
