An official at the Pentagon, told AFP that a U.S. helicopter Blackhawk aircraft carrying four people, they are apparently U.S. military, crashed Thursday in southwestern Afghanistan.
The official said: The incident occurred apparently due to "bad weather" without that rule out any other reason, pointing out that he is unable to determine immediately whether the people who were aboard the helicopter were killed or wounded.
