16 were a website belonging to the official departments and ministries of Lebanon to piracy by a group calling itself the "Speak Up."
The group posted on websites that have Baqrsntha a unified message in English, which stated:
To the Lebanese government "beloved"
We are a group "Speak Up", we are simply a group of people no longer able to afford to stay silent watching all the crimes and injustices happening in Lebanon.
The group added: will not silence us and wash our brain by to inform you. We will be moving to the Lebanese people are demanding their rights and collected. We will not stop until it is to raise standards of living to a level that should be in Lebanon.
We will not stop until the government contrived to solve the problems, such as power outages, water, and rising fuel prices and cost of food prices. We are a group "Speak Up", expecting us to break the silence, that in the streets or on the Internet. Silence a crime.
