The State of the Vatican Pontifical, planted an olive tree 400 years old, has made Israel yesterday, in cooperation with the Association of Kirin Kaimit to Israel, in implementation of the promise made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in his last visit to the Vatican State.
And the tree, which has a 400-year-old, 4 m long and 2.20 meters display, grown on the hills of Nazareth in the Galilee region, an area sacred and dear to the heart of Christians.
On the other hand, the Pope Benedict XVI, Apostolic visit to Lebanon on 14 September next, which delivers the bishops of the Middle East, the Apostolic Exhortation.
Lebanese and looks in general, and faithful Catholics in particular, towards the forthcoming apostolic visit, especially as it comes at a period which seems to Lebanon and the region in dire need of stability and peace.
