Computer games and exercise reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's

Proved to recent medical study, conducted by U.S. researchers at the University of Arizona, USA, that the practice of older people to exercise and computer games and reduce the risk of memory problems by up to 75%.


The researchers found that elderly people who took part in the performance of moderate exercise, and were more commonly used for the computer, less suffering from memory problems that may be an early indicator of Alzheimer's disease or "mental dementia."


The study involved about 926 people, aged between 70-93 years, who have signed up questionnaires about the system and way of life from a year ago.
